Vitals

The Vitals site is a diagnostic measurement tracking site.

Any type of measurement is defined by a site member. Those performing measurements enter in what information they have. Not all the information needs to be entered at once. A report lists measurements and tags those that are outside of a defined range.

The site offers motivational colors and images directed at an individual who is required to visit the site and enter in measurement information. Motivation of a specific individual is key to the design.

This site is an example of how a database is used to define, collect, store, process, and display variable information on a web site.
